I have incorporated additional evidence-based holistic certificates to further round out my training, including a number of mindfulness certifications.

As an educator, I hold teaching positions at a number of post secondary academic institutions, and provide education at the corporate level on mental health and stress. I have been published in the field of motivation and addiction, and have presented at international and national conferences.

As a therapist, my unwavering commitment to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment has been the cornerstone of my practice. I believe that kindness and empathy are essential ingredients in the therapeutic process, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Guided by a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges, I am dedicated to establishing a trusting and collaborative relationship with each client. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and growth occur when therapist and client work together as a team, setting and achieving meaningful goals.
